As an Android Developer at Quant Capital, you will build and refine a fintech Android app that serves a growing user base in a high-growth, open culture. You’ll work closely with product managers and designers to turn ideas into robust features and maintainable code. You drive quality through automated tests and proactive problem-solving, ensuring reliable releases. Responsibilities- Develop the Android application, including unit tests
- Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-reported issues
- Support and enhance Android architecture
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to specify user stories
- Suggest refinements or features to improve user experience and reliability
- Break down large stories for iterative development
- Estimate features for reliable release dates
- Release and monitor the app post-release
- At least 3 years of commercial Android development experience
- Proficient in Kotlin and/or Java
- Experience with MVP and MVVM design patterns
- Experience with financial systems
- Experience creating rich mobile interfaces
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- BSc/BA/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
