We have an urgent requirement for an Android Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience for our client Mindstix Software Labs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied streams
• Strong hands-on experience in Android application development using Java or Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming Logic
• Expertise in Core Java concepts including Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Synchronization
• Good understanding of MVC / MVP / MVVM architecture patterns and mobile application architecture
• Experience with:
  • Jetpack Compose
  • Data Binding
  • Lifecycles
  • LiveData
  • Navigation
  • Paging
  • Room
  • ViewModel
  • WorkManager
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with SharedPreferences, SQLite, RealmDB, and caching mechanisms
• Knowledge of Appium, Robotium, Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of Firebase, AWS Amplify, MobileIron, and AirWatch is an added advantage
• Knowledge of OWASP, secure coding, and GDPR is preferred

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and Creative teams
• Build reusable and scalable Android components
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, and MBaaS platforms
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Perform unit testing and debugging
• Work closely with Security Engineering, Release Management, and Automation teams
• Deploy applications to Google PlayStore and enterprise environments
• Build production-grade applications for global brands
