Description
We at Khatabook are looking for an Android Developer to help streamline the development and maintenance of our Android applications as part of the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build new features and improvements for existing features.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to architectural planning and refactoring.
- Work on bug fixes and improving application performance.
- Collaborate closely with QA, engineers, and product managers across the company.
Requirements:
- Experience working on one or more Android apps available in the Play Store with a decent number of downloads.
- Familiarity with Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with the Android SDK and common frameworks like Dagger 2 Retrofit, WorkManager, and Room.
- Experience working with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
- Experience building UI using Jetpack Compose, with a good understanding of composables, state management, and the Compose lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
