About the role

Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Java. Build modern, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Android SDK and Jetpack Compose.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Android Jetpack components, including Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Room, and WorkManager

• Integrate applications with REST APIs using Retrofit/OkHttp

• Implement asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow

• Apply MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture to ensure maintainable and scalable code

• Implement local data storage using Room Database / SQLite

• Implement Dependency Injection using Hilt or Dagger

• Integrate and maintain Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics

• Develop user interfaces following Material Design principles and best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile development environment

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization to ensure application quality and performance

About you

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Android Developer, depending on the position level

• Proficient in Kotlin; experience with Java is required

• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and Material Design

• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM / MVP / Clean Architecture, REST API Integration, Room Database / SQLite, Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics), Dependency Injection (Hilt / Dagger), Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, Retrofit / OkHttp, and Git

• Familiar with Android Jetpack components such as Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Room, and WorkManager

• Understands the Google Play Store publishing and application release process

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an Agile team
