Essential:
1. 8 years+ of BSP(xPU/DSP/micro processor/security/performance/power/AI) experience including:

• Proven expertise in Linux kernel and Android HAL driver development
• Strong background in software architecture design for embedded or heterogeneous computing platforms
• Solid understanding of Generative AI (GAI) technologies and agentic system integration
• Demonstrated experience in system performance tuning and low power optimization
• Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools for complex heterogeneous systems

2. Proficient in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Nice to have
1. Linux kernel upstream contribution experience
2. Familiar with CPU/GPU/DSP/co-processor system design
3. Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or building agent-based AI solutions
4. Knowledge of security best practices in AI-enabled systems
5. Contributions to open-source projects related to BSP, AI, or agentic systems
