Android Team Lead (IGaming)

We are looking for a strong Team Lead Android (IGaming) who is ready not just to manage a team, but to build processes, scale products, and implement modern technologies.

🔥 Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Android development team (IGaming)
• Build and optimize development and release processes
• Implement AI solutions into products and workflows
• Generate and optimize web funnels
• Ensure quality, stability, and integrations
• Influence product lifecycle and scaling

🎯 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Android IGaming (with proven cases)
• 1+ year of team management experience
• Strong understanding of IGaming specifics in Google Play
• Strong knowledge of:

Kotlin / React Native / Unity / Flutter

• Experience with:

Appsflyer, GitHub, GitLab, Pastebin, Figma

• Soft skills:

multitasking, prioritization, analytical thinking, attention to detail
