About this opportunity: Works in the Christmas center; lifts, carries, loads and unloads variety of donations that may include furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.; works to promote the safety and security of the warehouse; assists with the cleanup, lay out, and set up of the warehouse; assists with possible pick up from the malls or corporations, if necessary.
Key responsibilities:
- Lifts and stacks donations in the warehouse.
- Distributes donations to their proper place as instructed in the warehouse.
- Clean and service assigned areas in the Christmas Center.
- Pick up trash, empty garbage container, and remove all trash to area for disposal.
- Maintains good relationship with donors to promote a favorable image of The Salvation Army.
- Unloads the truck at the Christmas warehouse.
