An Angler Guide answers a wide range of sales, service and technical needs questions by providing world class, industry leading assistance and by becoming the go-to fishing rod resource for consumers, retailers, and industry professionals. This assistance includes telephone and e-mail interaction, order placement, service and warranty assistance, and shipment tracking. An Angler Guide must take the initiative in identifying angler needs and providing top-notch advice in both product selection and service that results in an exemplary start-to-finish angler experience.
