Our Customer Care Specialists can start at an impressive $19.25 an hour, plus bonuses and incentives! The rate is determined by experience.
When will you work?
- New-hire education includes six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey, campus. You’ll explore our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician.
- This position is remote after training, except for meetings. You must meet metrics.
- The regular work schedule will be: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST | One Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM per month and one extra Saturday per quarter.
- We will provide the computer equipment you need to work from home.
- All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids, so work schedules are awarded based on tenure and performance. This means everyone has the chance to compete for and secure their ideal schedule!
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems.
- Enter prescriptions in our systems.
- Adapt swiftly to each customer interaction, whether inbound, outbound, or written, through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members!
- Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities.
- Answer high-volume calls - over 60 per day.
- Be able to work uninterrupted, with 90% of your day assisting customers.
Who you are:
- Possess or be able to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License. (We train you)
- Experienced in data entry and multitasking
- Experienced in handling high-volume inbound calls - 60 or more a day
- Previous call center experience or high-volume call environment.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.
- An effective and persuasive communicator
- Professional computer experience (Office, Internet, etc.)
- Strong math skills
- A high school graduate or equivalent required
- Live within a commutable distance to Swedesboro, NJ
