Annotation Lead

Preferred candidate profile

• Education Bachelors degree: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Annotation experience 5+ years in image or video annotation, including segmentation, bounding boxes, and QA.
• Leadership 1+ year supervising annotators or leading a QA team.
• Python: Able to write basic scripts to clean data, calculate metrics, automate reports, and work with CSV or Excel files.
• SQL: Able to query data, join tables, and summarize annotation output, quality, and analyst activity.
• Dashboards Experience building basic dashboards using Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau, or a similar tool. Experience with one is enough.
• Quality and reporting : Able to track productivity, first pass yield, audit results, queue progress, and recurring annotation errors.
• Communication: Strong English and the ability to train annotators, explain guidelines, and coordinate with engineering.
• Preferred extras: Git, basic API integrations, pandas, and experience maintaining annotation guidelines
