Anodize Technician - 12 Hour Night Shift

Anodize Technician positions paying $22.02 - $23.80 with a $1/hr. premium pay & $1 Shift Differential. 6pm - 6am
Kawneer is a large commercial window manufacturing company who supplies windows and aluminum to companies nationwide. As a member of the Kawneer Cranberry team, you could be assigned different tasks out on our plant floor to help us produce products.

Perform as head onload
Set up line and prepare daily workload for shift as head onload.
Analyze color codes and determine what program to run.
Coordinate and set up cranes. Operate crane.
Train Grade 2 anodize employees.
Back up team lead as needed.
Set voltage amps and time with guidance.
Find defects on extrusions and escalate issues as needed.
Correct color by adding or reducing color additions.
Use JD Edwards reporting system.
Use hand tools and other required equipment effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as related to production.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Must be able to understand and speak English proficiently.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or other relevant experience for commercial manufacturing
- Operated mobile equipment including Forklifts, Cranes, Side Loaders
- JDE, Oracle, or other production software experience
- Experience completing quality inspections
