Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll own the analytics and fraud-detection layer behind our motorcycle lending portfolio, turning underwriting data into the controls and insights that keep approvals fast and safe.
What you'll do:
You'll be the dedicated analytics and fraud-detection partner for Underwriting on our motorcycle lending portfolio.
You'll work directly with Product, Risk, Data, Technology, and Operations, building controls and pipelines from scratch rather than maintaining an existing system.
The underwriting decisions and fraud controls you build directly shape how fast — and how safely — we can grow motorcycle lending.
What you'll own:
Own reporting and dashboards for underwriting performance — approval rates, turnaround times, productivity, and other core KPIs.
Build and maintain the data pipelines and analytical datasets that power underwriting monitoring and reporting.
Run deep-dive analysis on underwriting processes, customer segments, and approval/decline patterns to explain what's driving portfolio performance.
Find bottlenecks and inefficiencies in underwriting workflows, and flag where automation would help.
Build automated monitoring and early-warning indicators for shifts in underwriting performance, and investigate data quality discrepancies as they surface.
Define metrics, reporting requirements, and analytical controls when Product and Underwriting launch new products or process changes.
What makes you a strong fit:
SQL — complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and comfort working with large datasets.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by real examples.
Experience building reports, dashboards, analytical datasets, and data pipelines.
An ownership mindset — you move things forward without waiting to be told what's next.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
Company-provided tools and equipment
