• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (P-3 mandatory)
• Knowledge of NJDOE approved Preschool Standards
• Knowledge of ECERS a plus
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate instructional practices
• Ability to differentiate instruction and plan engaging lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Mandatory criminal history background check and P.L. 2018 c. 5 clearance
