AP Accountant

Primary Responsibilities

This role is accountable for AP module in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, serving Hangzhou entities in WuXi Biologics group.

1. Responsible for A/P application document (PO & Non PO payment) and staff reimbursement review and bookkeeping in SAP system;

2. Responsible for payment records review in e-banking system, ensure the timely payment and company policy compliance.

3. Responsible for monthly A/P account reconciliation, check accounts with the suppliers timely per company control policy.

4. Maintain working relationship and communication channel with relevant departments to smooth the full payment process.

5. Conduct A/P related document filing management.

6. TB review and quality control.

7. Assist on process improvement.

8. Assist on internal and external audit.

Qualifications Required

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.

2. Over 3 years’ experience in accounting, experience as AP accountant required.

3. Good command of both written and spoken English.

4. Excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and excellent problem solving capabilities.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team spirit, be able to work independently, or under pressure.

6. Experience with AI and automation tools, including RPA and AI-assisted solutions for invoice processing and three-way matching, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

7. Strong compliance and risk awareness, with a good understanding of tax regulations, internal controls, audit requirements, and relevant financial compliance standards.

8. Strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in SAP ERP is a plus.

本职位主要负责药明生物集团杭州公司的应付账款财务工作。

1. 负责供应商付款单据和员工报销单据的审核及在SAP系统中的账务处理。

2. 负责审核网上银行系统中的付款记录，确保付款的及时和合规。

3. 负责月度应付账户分析，及根据公司内控政策，及时和供应商对账。

4. 和相关部门保持良好关系和沟通，保证付款流程的顺畅。

5. 负责应付凭证及相关文档的整理归档。

6. 审阅月度试算平衡表以及对关帐质量做把控。

7. 协助流程改进。

8. 协助内外部审计。

任职要求

1. 本科或以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业

2. 3年以上会计工作经验，有应付账款会计经验

3. 良好的英语读写能力

4. 较强的协调沟通技能和解决问题能力

5. 独立思考、可靠高效、善于学习、抗压力强

6. AI与自动化工具应用能力，包括RPA、AI辅助工具处理三单匹配、对新系统有快速学习能力

7. 具备良好的合规和风险意识，包括了解税务法规、审计及内控要求等

8. 较好的Microsoft Office技能，如有SAP等ERP系统的经验更佳
