AP Accounting Associate

🧾 Responsibilities
Accurately process and submit invoices in Beanworks software using invoice data and payment request forms.
Review and report inconsistencies while following policies from various Division Partners, Entity levels, and vendors.
Process daily invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
Report daily updates on duties and responsibilities to the AP Leader.
Assist the Accounting Supervisor and AP Leader with routine tasks.
Support additional functions within the Accounts Payable department as needed.

🧠 Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards.
Effective communication in both individual and group settings.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Problem-solving mindset and initiative to seek process improvements.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
