AP Supervisor

Hourly / Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,000

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations and staff performance
• Review and approve invoice coding, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Resolve escalated vendor disputes and payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with the Accounting Manager on process improvements and month-end close support

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of AP experience including supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls
• Proficiency with ERP/Excel

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, standard business hours
