- Ensures a clear and impactful APAC/ASEAN narrative for business reviews, leadership engagements, and communications.
- Fosters a “One Leadership Team” mindset built on alignment, trust, shared accountability, and enterprise performance.
- Manages sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Owns the ASEAN alliance portfolio, including partner strategy, performance, P&L, growth, profitability, and value creation.
- Selects, structures, manages, reviews, renews, and exits external partnerships end-to-end.
- Holds partners accountable for KPIs and commercial outcomes.
- Drives partner business planning, performance reviews, risk/opportunity management, and decisive actions.
- Ensures partners execute strong commercial strategies based on customer, market, competitive, and scientific insights.
- Negotiates high-impact agreements aligned with Bayer’s strategic and financial objectives.
