Summary
Coordinates a multi-workstream transformation program, bridging leadership, teams, and data to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met in a high-pressure consulting environment.
You will support the execution of a transformation program at Atos, designed to drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.
You will act as the "connective bridge" between various workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring that data flows accurately, deadlines are met, and roadblocks are dismantled. This is an ideal role for a high-performing junior professional with a consulting background who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Workstream Coordination: Liaise and collaborate with the APAC executive leadership team in reaching decisions on operational activities and assist the progress of multiple "Genesis" workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved and KPIs are consistently reported.
• Operational Excellence: Participate and involve with the organization’s strategic and annual business plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between diverse internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-layered projects with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Data & Insights: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early. You’ll turn raw project data into actionable insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions.
• Project Governance: Maintain rigorous project documentation and ensure all workstreams remain aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the transformation.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports, proposal developments as requested.
