APAC Regional Finance & Accounting, Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities

Serve as CFO for APAC Regional HQ

Responsible for overseeing finance, tax, and management control functions as part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its global organizational structure

Establish the financial management infrastructure, including accounting, tax, and internal controls, and manage the financial and tax aspects of M&A transactions.

Develop the organizational and operational framework for the launch of the RHQ, while also leading the development and management of local employees.

Requirement

· Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration

· Minimum 8 years of experience in regional financial management, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and internal controls in electronics component industry

· Strong business partnering and strategic financial analysis capabilities

· Strong command of English both spoken and written for regional and international business communication

· Business-level or higher Japanese language proficiency to participate in meetings, prepare reports and propose improvement actions with Japan headquarters.

· Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills

· This role requires frequent business travel
