What You'll Do

Every day brings something different! As an Apartment Service Technician, you'll help create an exceptional living experience by:

  • Completing resident service requests promptly and professionally
  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
  • Preparing apartment homes for new residents through quality make-ready work
  • Performing preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently
  • Assisting with pool maintenance, grounds support, and community appearance as needed
  • Working closely with the Service Manager to identify maintenance priorities and improve operations
  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Utilizing mobile technology and maintenance software to manage work orders and communicate effectively
