What You’ll Do:
- Inspect and Evaluate vacant units to determine necessary repairs or updates.
- Perform Repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, patching, painting, and addressing electrical issues.
- Install new appliances, light fixtures, blinds, and more to ensure apartments are ready for new tenants.
- Clean and Detail apartments, including appliances, windows, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Execute Upgrades like updating cabinet hardware and light fixtures to enhance the apartment’s appeal.
- Ensure Safety Compliance by adhering to building codes and safety standards in all repairs and installations.
- Manage Time Effectively to meet deadlines for apartment turnovers and support overall property maintenance.
