API Design & Development: Craft clean, scalable, and standardized APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and define specific endpoints, data models, and request/response formats.System Connectivity: Integrate standalone software—such as CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms—using webhooks, middleware tools, and custom code to ensure seamless data flow.Data Mapping & Transformation: Translate data formats between interconnected systems (e.g., mapping JSON to XML or structuring data for databases) to maintain data integrity across platforms.Security Implementation: Enforce strict security protocols including authentication, authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and encryption to protect data in transit.Testing & Documentation: Design testing strategies (unit, integration, and performance testing) and maintain comprehensive documentation so other developers can securely utilize and understand the API endpoints.
