Description
MuleSoft API Test Engineer with handson experience in testing APIs built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform The role involves validating RAMLbased APIs ensuring functional correctness security and integration quality across system interfaces The candidate will work closely with developers architects and product teams in an Agile delivery model
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and SOAP services
Knowledge of HTTPHTTPS protocols methods GET POST PUT PATCH DELETE
Familiarity with requestresponse lifecycle
Understanding of status codes headers cookies and MIME types
API documentation standards Swagger OpenAPI
Perform functional testing of MuleSoft APIs Experience Process and System APIs
Analyze RAML specifications and API contracts to derive comprehensive test scenarios
Validate error responses fault tolerance and API behavior under invalid inputs
Execute positive negative boundary and regression tests
Validate data flow and transformation between MuleSoft and downstream systems
