What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the beginning-to-end intern and apprenticeship experience, with a focus on programing. Activities include onboarding, managing Intern readiness, event planning, data management, communications, offboarding, conversions, and program review.
  • Plans and executes key events and programming such as orientation, training sessions, social and professional development events, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
  • Supports intern placement and conversion process by working with University Recruitment Team, HR, and Hiring Managers and Business Stakeholders
  • Supports, partners, and collaborates with business on early identification programs and events that pipeline for internship roles, such as mentorship programs or university related events and activities.
  • Delivers communications strategy and drives engagement to deliver a world-class Intern experience.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots intern and other early identification program inquiries and escalates when necessary.
  • Assists with vendor management, execution, and review.
  • Measures the efficiency of tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to leadership.
  • Provide support for hiring initiatives that span across regions or businesses.
  • Drives the adaptation and implementation of global processes and tools
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree.
  • Typically 4-6 years of related experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence change.
  • Experience executing programs in multiple businesses in which the company competes for talent.
  • Experience and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience to work collaboratively cross-region.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills.
  • Excellent in event and vendor management
