Achieving customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable response to clients’ highly complex technical product problems and concerns. Maintaining the StrataWare production environment and ensuring the highest possible uptime. Deploying regular StrataWare updates in accordance with the schedule determined by the Manager, to ensure all clients receive the most up-to-date version of StrataWare as possible.

We need someone who can:

• Help with preparation/setup/support of 10 PROD and 5 PREVIEW environments.
• They would need to be trained in the prep process of PROD/PREVIEW environments through SQL and BladeLogic. With time they would be able to troubleshoot Strataware related issues as well.
• The resource would also get involved in installation and troubleshooting of Strataware release builds.

• The user would support PROD/PREVIEW on multiple levels from disk management to environment health checks, etc.
• They would help support onshore users that utilize the PROD/PREVIEW Environments when possible for end user technical support.
• This will require a deep understanding of Strataware and enough skills in SQL to perform SQL tasks needed for PROD/PREVIEW. If granted the resource would allow more time to automate and streamline processes which they would also be involved in.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Skills using BladeLogic, SQL, and developer tools
• Distribution of Mega Monthlies releases – Periodic weekend work
• Distribution of Compliance Releases – Periodic weekend work

• Weekly Patching Scenarios – Periodic late-night work
• Assisting with day to day environment issues
• Communication skills a must
• Deployment of code to a Production environment
• Typically, these skills result from an undergraduate degree in computer science or information systems, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional certification and three (3) or more years of experience in the Software industry.

For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $80,080 - $104,000.
