Senior Application Developer – Alpharetta, GA
Optomi, in partnership with a digital enterprise consulting company, is seeking a Senior Application Developer to fulfill a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a client in Alpharetta, GA.
Successful candidates responsibilities would include: delivering valuable web applications and web services and to understand business objectives and rapidly deliver a customized solution.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years solid, demonstrated experience in web development
- Proficient in C#
- Proficient in .NET 3.5/4.5 Framework
- Proficient in SQL Server 2008, T-SQL
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery or other JavaScript frameworks
- Proficient in with SOAP and/or RESTful web services
- Knowledge of maintaining and enhancing B2C e-Commerce websites
- Familiarity with Automated Unit Testing
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus
- Nodejs a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new applications and services for the web
- Maintain current applications, integrations, and services
- Troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues
- Assist other members of the software development team with various projects
- Assist with development of functional automated tests
- Assist with task assignment and resource planning
- Will participate with other senior developers, product managers, and architects to analyze and design solutions
- Assist with and/or lead software deployments
