Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced App Factory Manager / Cloud Architect with hands-on experience in application implementation, cloud migration, and system integration, preferably on Microsoft Azure. The candidate will lead application workstreams for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business integrations, divestitures, and application modernization, ensuring seamless IT transitions and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application integration, separation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions, preferably using Microsoft Azure.
• Assess enterprise applications and recommend optimization, consolidation, and migration strategies.
• Drive M&A technology activities, including due diligence, carve-outs, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct client workshops and present technical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities for technology optimization and business value creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in cloud architecture, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience in application implementation, migration, integration, and modernization.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, system dependencies, and cloud transformation.
• Experience in project/program management, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to M&A IT integration, divestitures, carve-outs, or technology separation projects is highly desirable.
