Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
As a Channel Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and capturing market share by developing and driving impactful strategies with a key Apple partner. You will be a critical link between our partner ecosystem and internal Apple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment to achieve shared objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the partner landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a validated ability to get results through influence and leadership. This is an opportunity to accelerate Apple’s momentum in the channel across both small-medium business and large enterprise segments for one of the largest Apple resellers in the world and help transform the way people work.
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate and align with the dedicated partner management team on strategies and scalable approaches that unlock growth potential within your assigned partner segment
• Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, Services) to develop comprehensive enablement plans, drive partner readiness on Apple’s offerings, and accelerate customer expansion through partner solutions
• Build and present compelling reasons to secure funding for partner demand generation and growth initiatives, demonstrating clear return on investment and alignment with channel priorities
• Educate and challenge partner leaders and sales teams to rethink conventional approaches — inspire them to see Apple’s unique platform advantage not as an incremental upgrade but as a catalyst for transforming how their customers work; equip partner sellers with insight-led strategies that reframe the conversation and win deals
• Share what’s working within your assigned segment, market insights, and key takeaways with colleagues to enhance the team’s performance, strengthen the partnership, and contribute to a culture that fights for excellence
• Drive co-sell activity between partner and Apple sellers, ensuring effective collaboration and improving opportunities; Lead quarterly planning workshops to align sales strategies and facilitate executive briefings to advance customer pursuits
• Increase Apple and partner services attach to drive enhanced profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and remove barriers to customer adoption, ensuring a great customer experience
• Manage quarterly forecast and pipeline, providing accurate and timely insight into performance; Track weekly quotes, bookings, backlog, and sell-through progress, and proactively build plans to close gaps to goals
• Achieve quarterly revenue, growth, and market share goals, with the aspiration to become the #1 device partner in revenue within your assigned segment
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partner segment leadership and internal collaborators, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, progress against goals, and accountability for key performance indicators
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically a minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Background in technology sales, solution-based selling, account development, and/or similar function developing channel growth strategies with partners
- Analytical sharpness — You make decisions grounded in data and use numbers as a powerful tool to build compelling business cases, sell in new strategies internally and externally, and accelerate business growth. You combine quantitative rigor with strong business acumen to identify what matters and act on it

You credibly engage technical audiences and translate innovation into business value, connecting the dots between Apple’s platform capabilities and how they reshape the way organisations work
- Relationship builder at all levels — You move effortlessly from the boardroom to the sales floor, building trust as naturally with a CEO as with a sales rep. You influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organisational structures, and lead complex negotiations. You inspire by being genuine, courageous, and present
- Significant industry knowledge with broad-scale understanding of the partner’s business and channel reseller market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape)
- Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
