- Research and interpret schematics to solve complex problems.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Provide accurate repair estimates, explain options to customers, and process payments.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and reports.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being friendly, respectful, and professional.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical aptitude: Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills. Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot independently.
- Problem-solving mindset: Curiosity and persistence when faced with technical challenges.
- Professionalism: Clear communication and excellent in-person skills; ability to explain solutions with confidence.
- Sales orientation: Willingness to identify opportunities for additional services and educate customers on repair and replacement options.
-
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
-
- Must pass drug and background check
-
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
-
- Comfortable with tablet-based technology and report completion
-
- Self-motivated and dependable, with strong time management
Why Join Cavalry?
