We are seeking an Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain major household appliances across residential and commercial settings. This role services kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and refrigeration equipment, handling warranty repairs, residential service calls, commercial appliance maintenance, and installation and repair assignments. The technician reports to a service manager, works independently with dispatcher support, and partners with installation and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance issues across kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, and other major household equipment.
• Perform residential warranty repairs and service calls.
• Complete commercial appliance maintenance and installation assignments.
• Replace defective or worn parts using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Test equipment following repairs to verify safe and reliable operation.
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the service manager, dispatcher, installation teams, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in appliance repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
