Application Analyst
Summary
Analyzes business needs, defines technical specs, and troubleshoots systems for energy engineering projects, ensuring compliance with digital strategy and safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analysis of user needs and define technical specifications
- Analysis, development &implementation of change and/or run activity in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy, standards and governance for a business unit, project, programme, platform or feature team
- Defining technical specifications of solutions in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy incorporating service fundamentals, security and system performance
- Driving continuous improvement through technical and process innovation and promoting ways to leverage business benefit at every opportunity
- Assess compatibility issues and troubleshooting of system
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Ensure safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site
- Perform Site survey and Site progress claim
- Attend Client meeting and prepare appropriate documentation
- Manage and coordinate with teams of different skilled technicians at various work locations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline with minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge about client/server communication
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical customers in a professional manner
- Willing to work at worksites and shift works
