About the Role (your why)
As an Application Delivery Manager (ADM) within our Applications Management team, you’ll be the single point of accountability for end-to-end Application Services delivery across a diverse and complex application landscape. You’ll coordinate senior application management resources and drive service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement outcomes across engagements.

What you’ll do

As an Application Delivery Manager, you will be focused on:

Service Delivery Leadership

  • Own delivery of application services across the engagement landscape
  • Ensure SLA compliance across incident, request, and change management
  • Lead service performance, reporting, and governance cadence

Coordination & Oversight

  • Coordinate workload across application groups and resolve cross-functional dependencies
  • Drive major incident (P1/P2) coordination ensuring rapid restoration
  • Oversee prioritisation and alignment with business-critical applications

Stakeholder & SIAM Interface

  • Act as the primary interface to stakeholders and service owners
  • Coordinate with Cloud, Network, EUC, and vendors to ensure seamless service
  • Support SIAM governance and cross-service line outcomes

Change, Release & Lifecycle Governance

  • Oversee execution of minor changes, patching, and upgrades
  • Ensure lifecycle planning (patching, upgrades, vendor alignment) is delivered
  • Govern risk, compliance, and audit requirements

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive proactive improvements (automation, performance tuning, defect reduction)
  • Leverage AI/automation (e.g., triage, pattern detection) to improve efficiency
  • Lead problem management and root cause initiatives

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

  • 10+ years in application service delivery or managed services
  • Strong ITIL-based service management expertise
  • Experience managing multi-vendor/cloud enterprise environments
  • Proven leadership of distributed/global teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness

Nice to have:

  • Experience in project management (Agile, Prince2, PMP)
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and service delivery innovation
  • ITIL V4 certification
  • Business operations or managed services experience
  • Construction industry/applications preferred
