Application Developer – AWS Cloud Full Stack
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱75,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer – AWS Cloud Full Stack to join our technology team in Quezon City, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications and data processing solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and modern application development technologies. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, Apache Flink, Golang, Terraform, containerization technologies, and full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and the ability to develop scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
Develop and maintain Apache Flink pipeline jobs for real-time and batch data processing.
Build and maintain applications and microservices using Golang, particularly for AWS EKS and Lambda environments.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and other relevant technologies.
Work with AWS services including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and Step Functions.
Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Apply software engineering best practices, including version control, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Participate in the analysis and resolution of application, infrastructure, and production issues.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional development experience with cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS services.
Hands-on development experience with Apache Flink pipeline jobs.
Experience working with AWS services such as Amazon EKS, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and AWS Step Functions.
Experience developing applications using Golang, particularly for EKS and Lambda environments.
Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Foundational knowledge of Java programming.
Understanding of core Spring Boot concepts.
Familiarity with RESTful API principles and development.
