Application Developer (Contract)

Application Developer you will provide essential technical assistance and support to end-users and ensure the smooth operation of the application. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently, maintaining documentation of support requests, and contributing to the overall improvement of IT services and processes.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for bugs on the application
• Respond to and resolve support issue in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their technical issues.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and fix issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and best practices
• Provide technical training and support to users, including creating instructional materials and guides.
• Prepare documentation required for the project in timely manner.

• Minimum degree in software engineering design and development.
• Minimum two (2) years working experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in website creation and maintenance is highly desirable.
