Application Developer - IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Summary
The Application Developer will focus on migrating and rebuilding IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications, specifically transitioning legacy human services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS). The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex BAW solutions.
BP3 is seeking an Developer with strong experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM Business Process Manager BPM). This role focuses on migrating and rebuilding BAW application
You will work closely with BP3 teammates and client stakeholders to ensure quality, timely completion, and continuous improvement of BAW applications.
The role requires solid application development expertise, sound technical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers.

IBM BAW Application Development
- Migration from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS)
- Application development for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Collaboration
- Work with teammates on complex or systemic issues
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- Solid understanding of BAW architecture, and troubleshooting approaches
- Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions, including:
- Process design and implementation
- Coach and UI development (client-side human services)
- Troubleshooting and modifying existing process applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior client-facing consulting or enterprise experience
