Application Developer

Summary

Builds and maintains desktop and cloud-based applications using .NET, SQL Server, and REST APIs, while collaborating on design and testing.

Work on new desktop and cloud‑based application development requirements
Participate in requirements analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Create website layout and user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back‑end services and databases
Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types
Determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements
Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer or Software Engineer
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns such as MVC
Knowledge of at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
At least one year of experience building large‑scale software applications
Experience in building web applications
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Experience with unit/integration testing
Proficient in .NET, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server (MySQL knowledge is a plus)
English fluency, both written and spoken
