Job Description

We are looking for a Genesys WDE Engineer/Developer with strong hands-on experience in Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) and Genesys on-premise configuration.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Genesys architecture and experience in configuring, supporting and troubleshooting WDE and related Genesys platform components.

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys WDE (Workspace Desktop Edition)
• Strong experience in Genesys configuration and administration in an on-premise environment
• Good understanding of Genesys Engage / On-Premise Architecture
• Experience configuring:
• Applications
• Agents
• Places
• DNs
• Application Options
• Connections
• Genesys Objects
• Understanding of voice and email interaction lifecycles
• Knowledge of routing and agent desktop behavior
• Strong troubleshooting using Genesys application logs and configuration analysis
• Working knowledge of:
• Configuration Server
• SIP Server / T-Server
• Interaction Server
• URS
• Stat Server
• Management Layer
• Solution Control Server
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Role Focus

The primary focus will be on Genesys WDE, Genesys configuration, production support and troubleshooting.

Candidates with additional C#/.NET development and WDE customization experience will be preferred.
