Application Developer (Shopify)

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱75,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an Application Developer – E-Commerce Platforms to support, maintain, and enhance Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce websites and mobile applications across the USA, Canada, and APAC regions. The role focuses on Shopify and Commerce7 platforms, application troubleshooting, production support, and integrations with marketing, fulfillment, compliance, and customer engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for e-commerce websites and applications.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.

• Maintain website stability, availability, and performance.

• Administer and configure Shopify and Commerce7 platforms, including plugins, extensions, and website updates.

• Support and troubleshoot REST API integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.

• Analyze business requirements and implement application enhancements and changes.

• Conduct testing, support production deployments, and perform post-implementation validation.

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Coordinate with vendors, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.

• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting e-commerce applications.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or Commerce7.

• Experience in application support, website administration, and production troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of REST API integrations, Git version control, and incident/problem management.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and BlueConic CDP.

• E-commerce order processing and digital commerce operations.

• ShipCompliant and WineShipping integrations.

• Pantheon hosting platform.

• Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms and customer experience systems.

• Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) commerce, online retail, and order fulfillment processes.
