Application Development Engineer - Web Frontend-focus (Mandarin-speaking)

About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced Application Development Engineer (Web Frontend-focus) that is proficient with the latest AI tools to drive for continuous performance improvement and functional iteration of the company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the functional iteration of the company's products; strive for excellence and continuously improve the system's performance in terms of user experience, response speed, stability, security, and cost;

2. Track new technologies in areas such as LLM and AI Agents, and verify and implement them in conjunction with business scenarios.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field;
2. At least 3 years of software development experience with a solid engineering foundation;
3. Candidates with proven web/mobile frontend development experiences (particularly in React) will be strongly preferred.
4. Background in backend, client-side, or web-based development, with in-depth understanding and practical project experience in at least one of these areas, capable of independently completing module design, development, deployment, and iteration;
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
6. Candidates with experience in developing core functions for large-scale projects or complex business systems is preferred;
7. Candidates with experience in AI product development is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language in both verbal and written media is essential to communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional project team members based in China.
