Application Development Manager
Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿120,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead and manage a team of software engineers in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in modern software development, cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership and collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Developers, Technical Leads, and Software Engineers
Manage project delivery, resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance
Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
Design and oversee development of enterprise applications using C#.NET / ASP.NET Core, Golang, Angular
Review system architecture and technical design documents
Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, and highly available
Lead software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities from requirements gathering to production deployment
Design and implement Microservices Architecture
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
8+ years of software development experience
3+ years of experience leading software development teams or managing technical projects
Proven experience delivering enterprise applications and digital transformation projects
Proficiency in C#.NET / ASP.NET Core, Golang, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture
Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB
Proficiency in Kafka, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture
Proficiency in CI/CD Pipeline, Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or equivalent
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
