Job Summary

• Job Title: Application Engineer (ATE / Instrumentation)

• Industry: Semiconductor / Electronics Testing Solutions

• Location: Serangoon, Singapore

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30AM–5:30PM

• Salary Package: AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing application solutions across ABI, SLT, and ATE platforms.

• Gathering customer technical requirements, including project scoping and quotation support.

• Working closely with Engineering and Production teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Managing application board design, development, assembly, and validation.

• Developing, debugging, and validating test programs based on customer requirements.

• Leading solution release, customer acceptance, and production roll-out activities.

• Providing sustaining engineering support to maintain long-term solution performance and reliability.

• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Application Engineering, Test Development, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics, metrology, and semiconductor test processes.

• Experience in project management, including resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international working environment.

• Semiconductor, ATE, ABI, or SLT experience is an advantage.

• Customer-facing / Field Application experience and exposure to global or matrix organisations are advantageous.

• Willing to travel for customer support and deployment when required.
