Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and application solutions for cutting tools and machining
processes.
Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer locations.
Analyse machining issues and recommend suitable tooling solutions.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets through technical presentations
and customer interactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing
industry.
Monitor tooling performance and suggest process improvements to enhance
productivity and reduce costs.
Prepare technical reports, trial reports, and application documents.
Coordinate with production and design teams for customized tooling requirements.
Stay updated with the latest machining technologies, CNC processes, and cutting tool
applications.
Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in cutting tools, CNC machining, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling applications, and CNC operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions and technical discussions confidently.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and application support.
