Application Engineer (Entry Level)

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries on product specs and applications.

• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or on-site.

• Conduct application testing and provide technical recommendations.

• Support on-site setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning.

• Deliver post-sales training and update manuals.

• Assist sales with presentations when needed.

• Improve team processes and follow departmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or related). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.

• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Customer-oriented with good task organization.

• Familiar with logic control, Excel, and communication protocols.

• Basic HMI programming knowledge.

Good to Have

• Experience with sensors, actuators, motors, or relays.

• SQL/MySQL or programming (C#/Java/Python).

• PLC knowledge.
