Job Summary

You will serve as the primary technical contact, installing and commissioning Koh Young AOI/SPI machines, providing software support, conducting customer training, and performing preventive maintenance to support our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers to resolve application issues effectively
• Install and commission Koh Young AOI and SPI machines onsite to ensure operational readiness
• Provide remote and onsite software support and troubleshoot application problems promptly
• Conduct customer training sessions to enhance user proficiency with equipment and software
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain machine performance and reliability
• Adapt to flexible work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays as business needs require
• Communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate with customers to resolve problems
• Apply knowledge of SMT equipment processes to troubleshoot and repair machinery
• Utilize basic computer skills to operate and support Ksmart, MES, and SECS/GEM systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of SMT equipment process, troubleshooting, and repair
• Familiarity with Koh Young platforms or other inspection brands is a strong advantage
