APPLICATION ENGINEER (FULL-STACK & AI SYSTEMS)

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal applications across backend and frontend systems.

• Develop backend services using Java, C#, and Python.

• Develop frontend features using React or similar frameworks.

• Build and integrate REST APIs for internal systems and dashboards.

• Implement AI features including RAG, LLM integration, MCP, and Machine Learning models for prediction and anomaly detection.

• Deploy and maintain applications in on-premise Windows/Linux environments.

• Work with multiple data sources, including SQL Server, RTDB, Excel, and PDF.

• Troubleshoot production issues across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure layers.

• Collaborate directly with business users to develop operational systems and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development, preferably backend or full-stack development.

• Proficiency in at least Java or C#, with hands-on experience using Python.

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, including at least one of RAG, LLM integration, MCP, or Machine Learning models.

• Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, or similar LLM APIs.

• Proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, and collaboration workflows.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, debugging, and production troubleshooting.

• Experience with frontend development using React or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Comfortable working in on-premise environments.

• Able to deploy and operate applications without dedicated DevOps support.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Willing to learn and understand manufacturing, petrochemical, and industrial business processes.
