• Customer Consulting & Software Deployment:
  Installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software solutions, combined with professional customer consulting and technical support to ensure a first-class customer experience.
• Product Presentations & Demonstrations:
  Delivery of engaging product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing innovative CAD/CAM technologies and best practices to customers.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer:
  Planning and execution of customer training sessions, workshops and tailored learning programmes to maximize product adoption and user success.
• Trade Shows & Industry Events:
  Representation of OPEN MIND at national and international trade fairs, customer events and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

• Technical Background:
  Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or comparable professional experience.
• Manufacturing Expertise:
  Several years of practical experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.
• CAD/CAM Knowledge:
  Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is beneficial but not required.
• Additional Industry Skills:
  Experience with hyperMILL or turning applications is considered an advantage.
• Customer Focus:
  Commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Independent Working Style:
  Self-motivated personality with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
