Application Engineer - Trading Goods

• With your technical expertise and solution-oriented mindset, you will contribute to the introduction of new products while continuously improving existing products in line with Vaillant Group standards and project targets.
• Translating customer requirements and use cases into technical requirements, functional analyses, and suitable technical solutions for Trading Goods products.
• Specifying technical solutions, functions, and components while ensuring product performance, reliability, and compliance with relevant technical requirements.
• Planning product verification and validation activities, identifying technical risks through FMEA, defining appropriate testing strategies, and coordinating modifications through final validation and certification.
• Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, including Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical Documentation to support successful product qualification and series launch.
• Driving technical problem-solving and sustaining engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle while identifying opportunities to improve product quality, cost, processes, and technical performance.
