【Position Summary】
As a core member of the R&D team, you will be the technical bridge between our Wi-Fi Management System and its real-world application. We are looking for an engineer who combines a strong software development background with deep Linux expertise. You will not only provide technical support but also act as a "Product Specialist" who identifies field challenges and transforms them into system specifications, driving the evolution of our next-generation networking solutions.

【Key Responsibilities】

• System Deployment & Optimization: Lead the on-site deployment and configuration of large-scale Wi-Fi management platforms for domestic and international clients.
• Performance Tuning: Perform field RF (Radio Frequency) tuning and system optimization in diverse environments (e.g., enterprise offices, industrial plants, campuses) to resolve roaming and interference issues.
• Requirements Translation: Analyze customer feedback regarding large-scale deployment (Auto-provisioning), security, and monitoring. Translate these into detailed Functional Specifications for the R&D team.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop automation tools and monitoring scripts using Python, Shell, or Go to enhance system operation efficiency within Linux environments.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex network issues using packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) to identify 802.11 protocol anomalies and collaborate with R&D for core bug fixes.

【Essential Qualifications】

• Linux Expertise: Proficient in Linux System Administration (Debian/Ubuntu or CentOS), including environment setup, network configuration, and kernel parameter tuning.
• Networking Fundamentals: Deep understanding of TCP/IP stack and L2/L3 protocols such as DHCP, STP, VLAN, and PoE.
• Wireless Knowledge: Familiarity with IEEE 802.11 protocols (Wi-Fi 5/6/7) and wireless networking principles (Roaming, Auth, etc.).
• Programming Skills: Solid programming foundation with the ability to write scripts or interact with APIs (Python is highly preferred).
• Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for on-site system implementation and technical consultancy.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience with enterprise-grade wireless solutions (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CWNA, CCNP Wireless).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between non-technical clients and R&D engineers.
