Application Maintenance Manager

Our client provides the highest quality software development, maintenance and testing services. They have cost effective service centers with highly qualified IT professionals in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Application Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Application Maintenance Manager

Duties:

• Involvement in user coordination and communications
• Support service request management, monitoring and scheduling
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
• Training and developing of technical support skill of ODC members
• Driving process standardisation on support services

Requirements:

• At least 6 Year Working Experience in IT projects
• Extensive IT system supporting experience, including: Linux Server, Shell Scripts, DB installation & monitoring, Application Server installation & monitoring
• JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, OpenShift configuration preferred
