Hiring Position
Application Manager (Games/Software)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design game play features, systems, and user experiences for casual games or software products targeting overseas markets
- Ensure applications comply with data security policies, compliance protocols, and regulatory rules
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., GPT, Midjourney, Claude) to support ideation, documentation, and research where applicable
- Manage system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to secure stakeholder sign-off.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end application testing, ensuring production readiness and stakeholder sign-off.
- Establish and govern API-led and microservices architecture standards.
- Analyze application and data gaps and improve data sourcing, integration, and reconciliation.
- Oversee integrations via APIs, SQL, and middleware to ensure seamless data interoperability.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications is required
- Min. 5 years of experience in game design or related software product design
- Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of game play/system design principles
- Good analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLM, RAG or AI-enabled enterprise applications
- Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency is an advantage
- Experience in launching casual or hyper-casual games is preferred
